1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply when you use netcraftbase.digital or book a consultation with Netcraftbase. By confirming an appointment, you accept the version supplied with your booking confirmation. If you do not agree, do not book or use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Netcraftbase provides informational vocational guidance concerning employment, apprenticeship applications and training pathways in Germany. We do not provide legal or immigration advice, recruitment, formal qualification recognition, translation, or a guarantee of admission, employment, funding, residence permission or any official decision.
3. Bookings and client responsibilities
An appointment exists only after we confirm the date, scope and fee. You must provide accurate, relevant information and attend on time. Do not send unnecessary sensitive records. Decisions remain yours, and information from employers, schools, chambers and authorities should be confirmed with those bodies.
4. Fees, cancellation and refunds
Fees and inclusions are stated before confirmation. Payment does not occur through this website. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules appear in our Cancellation and Refund Policy and form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Site copy, original consultation materials and pathway-note structure belong to Netcraftbase. You may use a note for your personal career planning but may not sell, publish or distribute it commercially. You retain rights in documents you provide.
6. Liability
We perform services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed application opportunities, or decisions by third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update information or suspend the site. A change to these terms does not retroactively alter a confirmed appointment unless required by law or agreed with you.
8. Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence. Statutory courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may contact a recognised consumer advice centre; we are not obliged to participate in a private dispute-resolution procedure unless the law requires it.
