A career change can involve a regular Ausbildung, a shortened training period, an Umschulung or an employer willing to consider adjacent experience. This session compares the routes without pretending they are interchangeable.
We discuss prior qualifications, transferable work, income needs, time available, location and the occupation under consideration. You leave with a comparison note and a list of matters to verify with the relevant chamber, training provider, employment agency or employer.
