Cancelling before a consultation
Email info@netcraftbase.digital with your appointment details. A cancellation received at least 24 hours before the agreed start qualifies for a full refund of consultation fees already paid. You may instead reschedule once without charge.
For cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may retain 50% to cover preparation and reserved time. If substantive document review or a written assessment has already been completed, that completed portion is non-refundable and we explain the calculation.
No-shows and late arrival
If you do not attend and give no notice, the fee is non-refundable. We wait 15 minutes. A late start caused by the client normally does not extend the end time. Genuine emergencies are considered individually and may justify rescheduling or an exception.
Application-review work
Once we have reviewed the submitted vacancy, CV or letter, the preparation portion is non-refundable even if the call is cancelled. No purchased materials or deposits normally apply to our services; if an unusual external cost is necessary, it will be agreed in writing before purchase.
When we cancel
If Netcraftbase cannot provide the appointment, you may choose a new time or a full refund. If a technical failure on our side prevents a meaningful online session, we reschedule without charge or refund the undelivered portion.
Request and processing
Send refund requests to info@netcraftbase.digital within 14 days of the cancellation or service issue, stating the appointment date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days; bank processing may add time.
Concerns after work has begun
Contact us promptly if the delivered service materially differs from the confirmed scope. Depending on the circumstances, we may repeat the affected work, provide a partial refund, or issue a full refund where the service was not delivered. Dissatisfaction with an employer, school, chamber or authority decision does not itself make a correctly delivered consultation refundable.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
