Data we process and why
When you make an enquiry, we process your name, email, selected consultation and message to answer you, assess scope and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is steps requested before a contract and, once booked, performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process billing records to meet legal obligations. With consent, optional analytics may measure broad site use; consent can be withdrawn.
Avoid including passport numbers, health data, immigration-file numbers or unrelated sensitive information. If specialist information is necessary, we will explain a suitable method separately.
Sources, recipients and transfers
We normally receive data from you. Hosting, email and professional service providers may process limited data under contract. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary protections.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation correspondence and notes are retained for three years after the end of the engagement to address follow-up and legal claims. Accounting records are retained for statutory periods, commonly up to ten years. Consent records are kept while needed to demonstrate the choice.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Bavarian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decisions and updates
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. We update this notice when processing changes and show the current date above.
