Why Netcraftbase exists

People planning work in Germany often meet fragments of correct information that do not yet form a route. An occupation profile describes training, an employer lists local expectations, a chamber explains an examination, and an authority answers a recognition or residence question. Netcraftbase helps clients put those pieces in a sensible order.

Our work began with a practical observation: many career questions are not solved by collecting more links. They are solved by naming the exact decision, checking which institution can answer each part, and turning the result into manageable action.

How we work

We prepare before each consultation, use current official occupation and training sources, and distinguish general guidance from decisions reserved for employers, chambers, schools and public authorities. We explain uncertainty instead of hiding it.

The working relationship is collaborative. You bring your education, experience, interests and constraints. We bring knowledge of German vocational structures, a disciplined comparison process and careful questions.

Our values

Specificity over slogans. We discuss named occupations, actual vacancies, documents and dates.

Honesty about scope. Advice is not recruitment, immigration law or an official recognition decision.

Respect for practical work. Vocational routes lead into skilled occupations with distinct routines, standards and responsibilities. We treat those differences seriously.

Agency after the session. Notes are written so that you can make the next employer call, school enquiry or authority appointment yourself.
